〔記者花孟璟／花蓮報導〕今年風調雨順，包括台南麻豆、花蓮及雲林、宜蘭各地的文旦都大豐收，導致今年批發價下跌，農民憂心文旦銷路問題，花蓮玉里鎮的東豐文旦產區今年研發「文旦啤酒」，有機農民曾國旗把自種的有機小麥，加上啤酒花、文旦皮精心釀製，還以崔苔菁當年的流行金曲「但是又何奈」，以諧音取名「旦是柚何奈」，讓人印象深刻。
研發文旦啤酒的東豐農場負責人曾國旗說，文旦是季節性水果，為了增加文旦銷路，研發加工品，除了仿照鳳梨酥的文旦酥，今年首次做出文旦啤酒，前天才剛推出上市，希望能夠接洽到通路。
前天才「出廠」上市的文旦啤酒品名「旦是柚何奈」，酒標還委託插畫家精心設計，充滿「厭世、無奈風格」。曾國旗說，文旦啤酒的原料都是花蓮生產，包括玉里栽種的有機小麥、加上文旦皮的精油提味，與啤酒花經過一個月釀造而成，與北部的工廠合作開發，有淡淡的文旦香氣、帶點「大人味」的苦。
