〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕暴雨狂炸北北基，基隆市淹水狀況頻傳，新西街更出現黃泥「瀑布」傾瀉的景象。
基隆七堵區、中山區、中正區、仁愛區、信義區都已發布一級淹水警戒，網友紛在臉書社團「爆料公社」回報基隆的淹水情況，有網友指出，新西街207巷內出現黃泥瀑布，淹水情況相當嚴重，基隆市長林右昌也到場勘災，不少網友看到後直言「好誇張，這是瀑布吧」。
也有網友表示，基隆市復興路212巷的淹水情況也相當嚴重，稍早水已淹到1個輪胎那麼高，提醒當地網友外出時要慎防淹水區域。
