〔記者楊金城／台南報導〕下午約1點20分，1輛砂石車下國道1號新營交流道後在新營復興路、長榮路口等停紅燈時，被1輛和欣客運擦撞尾車，幸好車上3名乘客均安，但車禍地點位在交流道出口匝道，4線道只剩1車道通行，造成復興路和出口匝道大塞車。
新營警分局已派員處理車禍，希望趕快恢復通行。
林姓砂石車司機說，他下新營交道後等停紅燈，剛要起步就被撞。
馮姓司機駕駛的和欣客運從南下出口匝道下新營交流道後，沿復興路到長榮路口疑未注意車前狀況，客運左側車身擦撞到砂石車的右車尾，幸好客運上3乘客平安。確切車禍原因由警方調查釐清。
