〔記者吳政峰／台北報導〕中華地政聯合事務所實際負責人陳國帥，被前黑澀會美眉薔薔父女等人控告「騙屋詐貸」，檢警昨日拘提他到案，認有串證逃亡之虞，向士林地院聲請羈押禁見，今日裁准。
士林地院開啟羈押庭，認定50歲的陳國帥犯罪嫌疑重大，有勾串、滅證、逃亡、反覆實施之虞，對交易財產安全及人際信任有嚴重之影響，裁定羈押禁見。
薔薔父女日前控訴中華地政聯合事務所詐欺，稱該事務所用假買家向屋主購房，支付訂金過戶後，再向銀行詐貸，不少屋主受害。
檢警5日發動搜索，帶回8名被告和2名證人，事務所名義負責人朱克立與代書沈咨凡均把責任推給陳國帥，陳國帥則行蹤成謎，經過手機通聯記錄分析，檢警前日晚間在台北市內湖區拘提到陳男，當時他開著逾400萬元的賓士休旅車要到女性友人家借宿一晚。
主嫌陳國帥訊後移送，被裁定羈押禁見。（記者陳恩惠攝）
