〔記者張勳騰／苗栗報導〕住台東縣25歲的甘姓男子到苗栗縣通霄鎮工作，今天下午3點50分駕小貨車行經121縣道通霄鎮南和里路段時，疑因路況不熟，整輛小貨車衝入路旁大排水溝，動彈不得，甘男幸僅擦傷，緊急爬出車外，並無大礙。
警方調查，這輛小貨車由道路缺口直衝入大排水溝，車頭受損嚴重，前擋風玻璃破裂，甘男身體多處擦傷，幸無大礙，自行就醫後，返回派出製作筆錄，他酒測值零。
警方初步研判，甘男應是路況不熟釀禍，案由警方處理中。
