［記者謝武雄／桃園報導］蘆竹區長安路二段（東溪路至安中街、編號1到16號停車格）、東溪路（編號26到36號停車格）將從9月21日起調整收費方式，兩路段收費時段為週一到週五，每日上午8點到下午6點不變，但費率從每小時20元固定費率變成累進費率，並提供停車未滿30分鐘免費；據悉，長安路二段、東溪路位於蘆竹行政園區周邊道路，交通局改變收費方式，就是希望提高周轉率。
累進費率為前3小時，每小時30元，第4到6小時，每小時40元，第6小時以後每小時50元，收費以半小時計費，未滿半小時以半小時計算，為提高周轉率還提供停車未滿30分鐘免費。
