〔記者黃鐘山／台中報導〕前台中市交通事件裁決處秘書室主任郭永富，疑利用職務方便侵占郵票及手機遭檢方起訴，市府交通局今天表示，郭永富已於去年4月辭職，後續將檢具相關事證，依「公務員懲戒法」移付懲戒。
交通局表示，郭永富於102年間擔任交通事件裁決處秘書室主任期間，疑利用職務上之機會侵占郵票及以機關名義申請手機門號占為己用，經交通局政風室105年9月主動查察通報，並策動郭永富至廉政署中區調查組自首，偵查期間也繳回不法所得105萬餘元及手機。
交通局指出，郭於案發後，降調職務擔任課員，並於去年4月主動辭職，本案經檢察官偵查終結並提起公訴，後續將循法定作業程序，檢具相關事證，依「公務員懲戒法」移付懲戒。
前交通裁決處主任涉侵占已被起訴，中市府將移付懲戒。（資料照）
