〔記者陳恩惠／台北報導〕17歲吳姓少女昨天下午騎機車外出，行經台北市至善路左轉福林路的T字路口時，失控撞上橋樑護欄，人車彈飛，她當場摔落橋下，所幸僅全身擦挫傷、左大腿骨折；台北市士林警分局交通分隊調查發現，吳姓少女無照駕駛，依道路交通管理處罰條例開出罰單。
警方説，吳姓少女月底就要滿18歲，昨天下午1點29分左右，她騎著臨時向友人商借的機車要去士林夜市附近，由於不熟悉機車性能，過彎時也應減速，吳姓少女左轉時反倒加速，直接猛烈撞上護欄，人車彈飛，機車翻滾一圈後落下，吳女則飛著3公尺下的平面車道，幸無礙性命。
