〔記者鄭名翔／苗栗報導〕西濱公路苗栗縣後龍北上路段，今中午一輛滿載煤炭的大貨車，疑似為閃避前方突變換車道的小轎車，急轉方向盤導致車輛失控翻覆，煤炭灑滿地，副駕駛座的35歲的鄭姓婦人輕傷送醫，肇事蘇姓駕駛怒控是前方轎車不當行駛釀禍，但詳細情況則仍有待警方釐清。
警方表示，蘇姓男子駕駛的大貨車行駛於西濱公路後龍北上路段的外車道，而前方洪姓婦人駕駛的轎車從內車道突切往外車道，蘇男險撞上連忙急轉方向盤，但卻導致車輛失控，車頭撞上內側護欄後翻覆，車上的煤炭撒落對向內側車道，同車的婦人輕傷送醫。
蘇男不滿地向警方表示，是前車不當變換車道，才害他失控釀禍，但洪姓駕駛無辜聲稱皆有照規定打方向燈變換車道，疑似是對方車速過快才未注意到。詳細肇事責任仍有待警方釐清。
