〔記者林國賢／雲林報導〕雲林東勢鄉媽祖埔部落淹水及膝，1處養鴨場9000隻已飼養3週小鴨溺斃，居民懷疑鄰近正在進行排水工程，會不會因此造成雨水宣洩不及釀災。
林姓鴨農表示，昨晚東勢鄉雨勢非常大，清晨當地就出現淹水情況，中午他冒險涉水進入鴨場，整個鴨場滿目瘡痍，小鴨屍體在水中漂浮，幾乎所有鴨子都已經溺斃，只能重新再來，損失超過40多萬元。
附近居民指出，當地已經很多年沒有如此嚴重淹水災情，由於鄰近部落進施做排水工程，希望相關單位能調查淹水是否與工程有關。
