台北市中華路莒光路口23日上午發生水泥車翻覆事故，造成路旁15輛機車全倒，還有貨車被夾擊在中間及一輛休旅車遭追撞翻車。警方表示，水泥車駕駛疑似車速過快，導致在轉彎時翻車，所幸包紮後已無礙。事後監視器影像曝光，發現被撞的貨車駕駛差點就被死神召喚、夾成肉醬。

警方表示，被撞的貨車駕駛受水泥車翻覆擠壓，導致腳擦傷，送醫後已無礙，而肇事的水泥車黃姓駕駛（77歲）翻車後已自行破窗爬出車外，僅受驚嚇及輕微擦傷。
黃男向警方供稱，左轉時速度太快才會翻車。至於詳細肇事原因，還有待鑑識人員進一步釐清，目前現場已圍起封鎖線。
遭撞的57歲劉姓貨車駕駛，當時在路邊停車卸貨，面對突如其來的龐然大物只能躲在貨車後方，所幸車子撞上貨車減緩衝撞力道，劉男當場逃過一劫。
