〔記者賴筱桐／新北報導〕新北市登革熱目前全市累計二十一例，其中十例有菜園活動史，衛生局在新莊區瓊林南路市民農園與瓊林北路私人菜園劃設「熱區」，昨天展開聯合稽查，光是一天就開出十四張罰單，累計至目前為止，共開罰四十三件，總罰金約一一二萬餘元。
衛生局長林奇宏指出，昨天開出的十四張罰單，其中十三張為查獲陽性積水容器，另有一位菜農在已經封閉的菜園內耕作，當稽查員上前時，該名農友逃逸並規避稽查，將依傳染病防治法開罰六至三十萬元。
衛生局疾病管制科科長許玉芬表示，目前共開罰四十三張，其中三張拒絕配合防疫措施，有兩張開罰三十萬元，一張罰六萬元；另四十張為查獲陽性積水容器，有十一張開罰三千元，二十九張開罰一萬五千元，目前都在行政程序階段，給民眾陳述意見的機會。
