台南市善化分局偵查隊小隊長柯屏一、偵查佐楊育騰及張欽棠等人，執行安居専案，於8月19日下午2時許，循線逮獲39歲蘇姓毒品、恐嚇取財通緝犯，起獲海洛因毒品0.3公克、注射針筒及玻璃球各一，全案偵訊後依毒品罪嫌送辦。
警方指出，警方掌握39歲蘇姓毒品通緝犯，回到台南市安定區，立即前往安定區安定里埋伏搜尋，結果發現蘇嫌正在施打毒品，當場將她逮捕，經查蘇嫌目前有毒品、恐嚇取財等通緝在案，現場查獲海洛因毒品0.3公克、注射針筒及玻璃球各一支，警訊中蘇嫌坦承犯行不諱，全案偵訊後依毒品罪嫌移送台南地檢署偵辦。
