湖內警方指出，路竹分駐所員警日前執行在路竹區文化路上一間娛樂大樓執行臨檢時，發現32歲石姓男子在房間內昏睡，員警叫醒他盤查身分時，發現石男表情恍惚、還搞不清楚發生什麼事。
此時，員警眼尖發現，石男手上握著1小包東西正往棉被裡藏，員警立即掀開棉被，1包海洛因當場掉落在地，員警立即壓制石男，經搜索後，在石男所住的房間裡找到5包海洛因（重9.53公克）及7包安非他命（重64.17公克），石男當場也嚇醒，被警方帶回偵辦，並循線追查上游來源。
