新北市一名51歲盧姓男子組織詐騙集團，在各大網拍網站以遠低於市價的價格，拍賣知名手機、相機、行李箱等，詐騙所得將近百萬元，被害人遍及全台約32人。警方成立專案小組，過濾上萬支監視器畫面，終於逮獲車手，並循線逮捕幕後盧姓主嫌。
永和分局警方調查，此詐騙集團分工明確，由上游成立機房在各大拍賣網站刊登不實廣告，拍賣手機、相機、行李箱等熱門商品，用低於市價三成以上價格吸引網友投標，待被害人得標後，再指示將被害人款項匯到人頭帳戶內，並通知車手取款轉交上游。
由於受害者匯款金額不大，常會先花時間跟「假賣家」溝通，到發現被騙後已拖延一段時間，造成案件偵辦困難。承辦員警組成專案小組，過濾上萬支監視器畫面，終於查獲陳姓車手，進而突破追查到盧姓主嫌等人身份，訊後將犯嫌5人送辦。
