新北市中和區莒光路一間便利商店門口在5日晚間11點多，店門口大批黑衣人，疑似因為男女感情糾紛，兩邊都叫人來嗆聲，民眾看到報警處理，中和警分局不敢大意，出動偵查隊、線上警網前往，發現在混亂中，有人被安全帽爆頭，把21人全部帶回派出所偵辦。

這個月五日晚間11點多接近12點，越來越多年輕人騎機車往中和區莒光路的便利商店聚集，警方到場後，還有不少年輕人騎機車呼嘯而過，前來支援，警方盤查後，發現原來是男女朋友吵架，其他的朋友相挺，聚集在一起談判，男朋友被對方的人拿安全帽砸頭，造成頭部有撕裂傷。
警方一發現有人受傷，為了避免現場情況失控，全部將人帶回，總計抓了21個人，進行後續偵辦。
