台電表示，今天上午9點多因台北市松山區因線路跳脫，造成民權東路三段周遭約1千戶受停電影響，松山機場用電立刻自動切換開關，以備用電源供電，造成瞬間停電，影響時間約為2秒，機場立即恢復正常供電，至於1千多用戶，北市區處表示，已恢復八、九成用戶供電，現正持續搶修其餘停電用戶中。
近期饋線跳脫導致停電事件頻傳，台電解釋，饋線跳脫原因很多，包括分支跳脫、電纜故障、開關設備損壞都有可能，難以斷定單一個案發生原因。
