高雄氣爆案高雄地院今天上午宣判，李長榮化工前董事長李謀偉、大社廠廠長王溪州、值班組長蔡永堅、操作領班李瑞齡、操作員黃進銘、工程師沈銘修等6人各處4年。華運公司工程師陳佳亨、黃建發、洪光林等3人各處4年6月。
榮化發言人魏正誠表示尊重司法，但仍覺得遺憾，等收到判決書後，會與律師商討後續動作，支持員工提起上訴，透過司法捍衛清白。
魏正誠強調，法院應要採取更科學的鑑定方式，可成立調查小組，引進國外專家證人來釐清事情。
華運倉儲協理林國忠則說，對判決覺得遺憾，等收到判決書後，會協助員工上訴。
