高雄鼓山區龍泉寺25日上午8時許發生一起砂石車爆衝意外。警消獲報後趕往現場處理，發現駕駛卡在車內，目前已將人送往醫院治療，至於詳細車禍原因仍有待調查釐清。
警方表示，駕駛大約30多歲，因山頂上有工程正在施工，25日駕駛貨車時疑似煞車不及，往前爆衝撞上龍泉寺涼亭，由於車禍地點離民宅僅3公尺，眾人不敢大意；而駕駛卡在車上，趕緊利用破壞器將人救出，送往醫院治療。
