台中清水區一輛小貨車25日上午10點多，在臨港路七段、三美交叉路口鐵路平交道，與火車發生車禍，顏姓小貨車司機當場受傷，被緊急送往童綜合醫院，目前還在治療當中。
台中消防局25日上午10點36分接獲報案，稱現場為小貨車與火車發生車禍，造成小貨車司機受傷需要救護車，立即派遣清水分隊，出動1輛救護車、2人員前往搶救。消防隊員抵現場後發現，貨車司機已由醫院救護車載走，火車為載貨專用，並無任何仍乘客，因此確認無其他傷者，現場交由警員處理，詳細情形有待進一步釐清。
至於傷者狀況，院方表示，顏男上午11點9分抵醫院，意識清楚，頭部與右眼皮與右手臂有撕裂傷；目前，右手臂縫了12針，左肩仍有鈍傷，留院觀察中。
