檢方說，蔡男（29歲）換標後，拿著2盒藍莓、1包牙刷到櫃檯結帳，希望能省下298元，但櫃檯人員發現價格有問題，攔下他查問並報警，蔡男也坦承犯案，已涉嫌詐欺，最高可判處5年有期徒刑、拘役或併科50萬元罰金。
