〔記者吳佳蓉／台北報導〕台彩創新玩法電腦型彩券「雙贏彩」，昨晚開出頭獎，台灣彩券公司今早證實，中獎人為選獎「全不中」而中頭獎，為首個因擁有「地獄倒霉鬼」手氣而中頭獎的得主。
「雙贏彩」4月23日開賣，最大特色在於採「24個號碼選12」玩法，獎號全中、全不中，都中頭獎，不論是幸運兒，還是「地獄倒霉鬼」，中頭獎機率一樣是135萬分之1。
昨晚第13期「雙贏彩」開出，為開賣以來第二次開出頭獎，1注獨得頭獎1500萬元，扣繳所得稅後還可得1200萬元，獎落台北市中山區合江街109號「富至商行」。
台彩今早確認，昨晚得主為單張彩券購買2注中獎，皆為電腦選號，其中1注摃龜，另一注則獎號「全不中」而對中頭獎，花100元中了1500萬元頭獎，且是「雙贏彩」開賣以來，首個中獎的「地獄倒霉鬼」。
