武仁街巷內1棟4樓透天厝，今天凌晨1點多發生火警，因現場窄巷無法升起雲梯車，消防員架設雙節鋁梯，協助受困民眾從3樓陽台爬下，邱姓屋主、妻子（43歲）及兒子、女友（23歲）等4人獲救，僅嗆傷無外傷，火勢於12分鐘後撲滅，起火點疑似為2樓房間床頭櫃，燃燒面積約1平方公尺，起火原因由消防局鑑識科鑑定。
邱姓男屋主向警消表示，事發前在2樓洗澡，突然聽到「碰」聲後，發現臥室床頭櫃冒煙，拿水及滅火器企圖澆滅，當時手機使用行動電源充電，濃煙就從床頭冒出。
