62歲的連家國是基隆市仁愛區仁祥診所院長，前年6月間，余、林等6人到診所進行健康檢查，並非就醫。
連卻製作不實的就診紀錄，向全民健保局虛偽申報醫療費用9850元；經健保署查核發現才曝光。
檢察官認定連同時觸犯業務登載不實文書罪與詐欺取財罪，考量連坦承犯行，態度良好，無再犯可能，給予他緩起訴處分，但要連寫悔過書與支付國庫10萬元緩起訴處分金，期間1年。
