桃園市楊梅分局鄭姓員警１日凌晨駕駛警車出勤闖紅燈，與４８歲陳姓男子駕駛自小客車發生踫撞，造成陳男送醫不治前座乘客及鄭員受傷，雙方駕駛酒測值為零，車禍責任釐清正由楊梅交通分隊處理。

警方表示，今日凌晨1. 報案時01時42分許，接獲報案前往處理家暴案件，行經楊梅區四維二路和永美路的交叉路口時，雖沿路鳴笛和開啟警示燈，與陳男駕駛自小客車綠燈左轉相撞，車頭也嚴重扭曲變形。
桃園市消防局轄區分隊第二大隊埔心分隊接獲報案趕往搶救，巨大撞擊力造成陳男傷重，經送醫後不治，副駕駛座鄧姓女子腳部挫傷，鄭員手部擦傷，車禍原因仍待調查釐清。
