高雄市林園分局林園派出所14日下午3時接獲1999轉報，林園北路與王公路有車輛紅線違停，員警到場逕行舉發。
47歲陳男（竊盜、妨害自由、毀損、公然侮辱前科）過了1個半小時來騎車，看到車上有舉發單，竟打110檢舉同樣地點有違停，他卻忘了將自己違停車輛移走，只顧指著其它車輛要員警開單，結果員警一路開單下來，自己又收到另張罰單，突然情緒暴走，對著員警吼叫：「開三小」、「你眼睛瞎了嗎？」
員警隨即將他帶回偵訊，依妨害公務、妨害名譽送辦。
