〔記者鄭景議／台北報導〕「哪一個臥底的！」反年改團體八百壯士到立法院抗議，紛爭在入夜後原本已漸漸平息，不久前卻又爆發糾紛，疑似因一名退休軍人開記者會時，被另名退休調查局人員鬧場，雙方爆發衝突，多名退休軍人要上前找調查局人員理論，一路飆髒話追打，調查局退休人員也不斷回嘴，直到警方衝上去，將雙方拉開，並且將調查局人員帶至中正一分局保護，糾紛才告一段落。
