有著清新簡約風的「Sisbro希絲柏甜食所」,主打手作千層蛋糕和舒芙蕾鬆餅兩大系列,再依季節推出多種創意甜食,開幕僅4個多月,吸引不少甜食主義者登門且一試成主顧!老闆娘李采蔆表示,千層蛋糕和舒芙蕾鬆餅兩者原料基底並不複雜,店內講求慎選原物料品質及食材新鮮度帶出的天然味道,加上本身喜好多層次口感創作,也因此常讓顧客嚐了第一口就留下深刻印象。

搭上髒髒甜點風潮的髒髒巧克力舒芙蕾鬆餅,隨著端盤移動搖晃出的ㄉㄨㄞㄉㄨㄞ視覺感更是大受矚目,迅速成為IG打卡熱搜甜點,店內還有焦糖芭娜娜、小山園抹茶及鹹口味的舒芙蕾鬆餅可以選擇。手作千層則不定期推出新口味,就連台灣鐵觀音、英國伯爵茶和煎茶等口味都能嚐得到。這裡的甜食整體甜度低且不膩口,搭配精選LAVAZZA咖啡、法國瑪黑茶或B&G德國農莊茶品都很對味!
