近三百年歷史的東港朝隆宮主祀「蝦米媽」媽祖，是東港鎮信仰中心之一，朝隆宮在隔壁空地打造香客停車場，但牆壁卻相對單調。縣府社會處與街頭塗鴉團隊D.P.C.的負責人「烏有」合作進行「心理教育塗鴨」，將朝隆宮外牆塗出與在地連結的稻田、魚、瓶中船圖案，並在櫻花樹下描繪媽祖形象，為地方學子們創造「共同」的回憶，激勵他們勇於實現生命渴望。
