受到對流雲系發展旺盛影響，中央氣象局今（21日）傍晚針對北北基等16縣市發布豪雨、大雨特報，其中，台北文山區及新北新店區、深坑區、石碇區發布大雷雨即時訊息。烏來區新烏路五段12.5K處更傳因豪大雨造成土石坍方，占據一線道，現場還留出汙濁的「小瀑布」，相關人員已在現場搶通中。
警方表示，新烏路五段12.5K處因下午5時許瞬間豪大雨，雨水沖刷夾帶大量土石堆積路面，往新店方向1線車道受阻，員警已通知搶救單位，並在現場設置交通錐警告用路人，現全力排除障礙，預計在晚間9時30分搶通。
此外，稍早傳烏來攬勝大橋有數名工人因大雨受困，但烏來所員警到場後，相關人員已經被救出，未發現有人員受困情形。
