新北市林口區醒吾高爾夫練習場旁山區道路，上月18日發生貨車「漏油」事故，造成一名女警在內共有4人慘摔，肇事蔡姓駕駛最後吃上一張6000元罰單，被依公共危險罪嫌移送送辦。
這輛貨車上載運的食用廢油疑似未裝好，當天下午1點多從長道坑口一路漏油到林口高爾夫球場，閃著油光的路面害經過的3輛機車慘摔，其中包括一名執勤中的女警（35歲），另外2女1男分別為30歲、22歲、22歲，所幸送醫後皆無大礙。

據了解，蔡姓駕駛（48歲）當時載食用廢油要回公司，但路面不平導致廢油桶傾倒，造成山路路面約500公尺滿滿都是油，林口清潔隊出動50餘名隊員，花費相當長的時間才把路面清理乾淨。
蔡姓駕駛供稱不知道邊開邊漏油，遭開罰6000元，被依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
