外籍男拉公車尾溜滑板，被網友譏：節能減碳嗎？（取材自臉書）
〔記者蔡彰盛／新竹報導〕臉書今天出現一段行車紀錄器拍下的畫面，網友開車行經新竹市光復路國立清華大學前路段，突然看到一名外籍男子，腳踩著滑板，用手拉住公車車尾保險桿滑行，讓人傻眼，網友開玩笑說：「節能減碳，你我做起~」。
警方表示，貼出畫面僅短短7秒，畫面中人物並不清晰，警員循發生時間另外調閱路口監視器清查，發現外籍男子從光復路、水源路口開始攀附公車車尾，一路蹲著滑行至光復金城路口，總長約1.5公里。警方說，該外籍男子行為已違反《道路交通管理處罰條例》第81條「在車輛行駛中攀登、跳車或攀附隨行者，處新台幣500元罰鍰」。
