〔記者陳鳳麗／南投報導〕強烈冷氣團加上雲雨帶帶來的水氣，合歡山8日晚間即降雪，清晨雪量累積已在6公分以上，山上天氣轉好，工務段已出動鏟雪車清除部份路面冰雪，上山的追雪遊客，行經武嶺到小風口路段仍須加掛雪鏈。
華南雲雨帶昨天下半天帶來豐沛雨量，合歡山在溫、溼度條件俱足下，昨天傍晚開始由下冰霰轉為降雪，一夜的降雪，合歡山一早即成銀白色世界。昨天就上山等雪的民眾，一早看到積雪都興奮不已。
埔里工務段從昨晚7點到今天上午7點的道路封閉，上午已解除，鏟雪車也在部份路段鏟除路面積雪。工務段表示，因路面積雪結冰，台14甲線31K（武嶺）至38k（小風口）路段仍限加掛雪鏈通行，後續再依實際降雪情況及道路結冰情形，機動調整加掛雪鍊管制路段。
