警方調查，曾男晚間喝完酒後，騎車行經圓通路巷內，因巷道狹小，曾男從巷內左轉時，遇到直行的李男，因差點撞上引起曾男不爽，因此雙方在馬路上嗆聲，李男卻聞到曾男身上濃濃酒味，直嗆「你酒駕我要報警」，曾男聽到立刻將機車停路邊，徒步跑走，經警方搜索1小時，仍查獲曾男，曾男也對酒駕表示懊悔，訊後依公共危險罪移送法辦。
