三民區警員24日凌晨接獲報案，指稱有名喝到醉醺醺的郭姓男子倒臥在同盟路上，到場後發現他無明顯外傷，也堅持不用警方護送，但下一秒就在警察面前上演「倒栽蔥」特技，整個人從單車上摔下來，所幸沒有受傷。
三民一分局表示，當時立即詢問郭男身體狀況，雖他表示身體無大礙，但為安全起見仍請救護人員幫忙進行初步檢傷，並請支援警力到場護送返家，就在等待巡邏車到場時，郭男不停盧還表明可以自行離去，但ㄧ上腳踏車就立刻重心不穩摔倒在地，遲遲不願接受協助，讓同仁既傻眼又無奈。
最後，警員請同仁開巡邏車到場，協助平安載送郭男平安返回住處，腳踏車部分則由另一名員警協助騎乘送回住處。警方也說，因當時郭男已路倒在路邊，非騎車狀態，因此未認定為酒駕。
