北市消防局與松山慈惠堂及大安、信義、南港、松山區公所21日上午在福德街的松山慈惠堂廣場共同舉辦「萬人淨山健行暨垃圾OUT健康IN社區防災園遊會」，廣邀社區居民踴躍參與，不僅讓民眾可以強身健體，喚起大家環保意識，更可以獲得最新且正確防災知識及技能，台北市長柯文哲也親臨響應活動。
有鑑於2018年初花蓮東部地震頻傳，北市消防局為提醒民眾對災害的重視及預防，特別規劃地震體驗車、救心巴士、消防風水師、住宅用火災警報器及義消招募等宣導攤位，讓民眾透過寓教於樂的各項關卡汲取正確防災觀念，面對日益嚴峻的災變，遇到災難時仍能從容不迫做出正確的應變作為。
消防局也提醒民眾，民眾家中都需要裝設「住宅用火災警報器」或「火警自動警報設備」，松山慈惠堂近幾年已捐贈2萬4千只給消防局，可以火災中可以提醒熟睡的民眾，爭取更多逃生時間，臺北市從107年3月底因裝置住宅用火災警報器成功動作示警避免人命傷亡的案例已有148件，可說是造福市民。
