深澳燃煤電廠吵不完！為解決缺電問題，台電欲在新北瑞芳區興建深澳燃煤電廠，引發當地民眾強力反對。台北市議會18日進行大會，經政黨協商後，要求市長柯文哲需在下月赴議會進行專案報告，其中，除了要求對北農案、大巨蛋爭議外，也對深澳電廠對台北市空汙影響進行專案報告。
經政黨協商後，台北市議會要求市長柯文哲需在5月7日及14日前往議會進行專案報告。其中，7日的報告案包括有檢視市府環保、交通、節能減碳績效案，深澳電廠對台北空汙影響、1280元雙北定期票及北農案；14日則是報告大巨蛋爭議、大彎北段案及都更政策案等。
「深澳發電廠更新擴建計畫」在3月14日修正通過，引發各界討論，首當其衝的新北市政府環保局長劉和然更當場離席抗議，表達不滿。由於深澳電廠將採取採燃煤發電，對附近空氣品質造成嚴重影響，北部各縣市憂心忡忡。
