屏東警方去年8月夜間在崁頂鄉屏187線道攔查駕駛小貨車的林男，警方聞出林男渾身酒味，結果測出0.33毫克超標酒測值，警方還發現，林男是酒駕慣犯，從102年起，曾因7次酒駕分別被判刑3個月至1年不等徒刑，扣除可易科罰金的刑期後，陸續坐了1年多的牢。
林男才因酒駕服刑獲假釋出獄，不料又貪杯再犯，而且是第8次被抓，連法官都忍不住斥責他不知反省，認為林男對公眾交通安全具高度潛在危險性，應處有期徒刑1年2個月，可上訴。
