民進黨台南市南區、安平區市議員初選參選人林志文，8日帶著競選團隊在南區金華市場發送「幸福冰棒」，希望大家吃到甜在心的冰棒，人生都很棒，也希望市民朋友們能在民調唯一支持有服務經驗，有學識的林志文。
林志文競選市議員，矢志要與人民共同打拼幸福好未來。8日，林志文在友人贊助下，先前往南區金華市場發送幸福冰棒，未來將陸續前往南區、安平區傳統市場發送幸福冰棒。
林志文表示，來傳統市場發送冰棒拜票並傾聽民眾心聲，作為未來問政的參考，也感謝友人情義相助贊助冰棒與民眾同樂，新市政要有新思維的議員協助監督，懇請大家民調唯一支持林志文，乎志文有機會為大家創造幸福好未來。
