新北市一名林姓男子因缺錢花用，2日騎車在土城區閒晃，發現一名39歲的外籍黎姓女子脖子上戴著金項鍊，歹心一起竟靠近後扯下項鍊後逃逸，典當後得手現金一萬多元，警方獲報後循線在樹林將林男逮捕，全案訊後依照搶奪罪現函送法辦。
警方調查，家住在樹林區的38歲林姓男子因為無業缺錢花用，2日下午5時許騎著機車，到土城區隨機尋找下手目標，行經明德路一段72號錢，發現黎女騎著單車、脖子上的金項鍊清晰可見，騎機車靠近後扯斷黎女脖子上的金項鍊，拿著一半的金項鍊騎車逃逸。
驚魂未定的黎女於隔日報案，警調閱監視器方追查，發現林男當日先偷機車後，再騎乘贓車犯案，隨後將辦條金項鍊拿到當鋪典當，換得一萬多元現金，專案小組4日晚間在樹林區住處將其逮捕，林男到案後供稱因沒錢過生活才大膽犯案，全案訊後依照搶奪罪嫌函送法辦。
