陸軍某部隊一名李姓士官長竟在轎車內，用下體頂住女性士兵下半身，嚇得對方抵抗。因女兵事後撤回告訴，法官判決公訴不受理。
判決指出，2016年8月中旬某天晚間，女兵因與男友發生感情問題，約李姓士官長外出見面。李開車在桃園市龍潭區載女兵後，把車停在路邊，先將她從副駕駛座強行擁抱到大腿，再摸腿、胸，遭拒絕竟還強吻得逞。
根據判決，2017年1月某天，李男要求女兵在營區內脫去上衣拍照，趁對方半裸時，於正面強行擁抱，並以下體抵住對方下身，甚至還摸胸。女兵向單位反應，全案到桃園憲兵隊才曝光。
但桃園地方法院審理時，李男向女兵道歉，並和對方取得和解；因性騷擾為告訴乃論罪，且被害人撤回告訴，因此法官判公訴不受理。
