新北市新莊區21歲湛姓男子因為缺錢花用，日前騎機車持鐵鎚至新莊區新泰路上的娃娃機店，敲破玻璃後竊走高單價的藍芽喇叭，犯案時間不到2分鐘隨即騎車逃逸，警方獲報後以車追人，循線查緝湛男到案。
警方調查，湛男上月19日晚間7時許騎乘借來的機車，前往新莊新泰路上的娃娃機店，為了不被認出，進入店內時戴著安全帽及口罩遮掩面目，再以預藏的鐵鎚砸破娃娃機台玻璃，拿走6個藍芽喇叭後離去，得手總價值達3900元，犯案過程顯經過策畫，行動相當果決。
警方表示，根據監視器畫面以車追人，近日追查湛男到案說明，他供稱是因為缺錢花用，才會竊且娃娃機的高價藍芽喇叭，再以臉書以單價500元出售，而轉賣來得錢都已經花費一空，全案訊後依照竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
