七堵煙火嘉年華三月三日下午三點到晚上九點半，活動包括大型園遊會及聯歡晚會，晚上在基隆河岸施放高空煙火是最高潮，每年都人擠人，吸引許多民眾前往欣賞。
交旅處今年製作了六百盞的青花瓷喜福犬小提燈要送給民眾，觀光行銷科長蔡慧婷說，三月一日下午二點開始在基隆舊火車站旅客服務中心發放，民眾在基隆市旅遊網打卡按讚，就可領取。
基隆市議會則訂製「金犬福來」環保燈籠，發送到各國小、幼兒園，「金犬福來」燈籠，有大小兩隻狗狗，討喜且富有童趣，讓小朋友和家長一起動手做提燈。
