一名65歲廖姓司機今（19日）上午11時許載運約100箱礦泉水，行經新北市八里區中華路商港路口，準備左轉中華路二段時，車上覆蓋裝載物品的帆布繩子沒有綁好，在轉彎時不慎鬆脫，造成車上約6、70箱瓶裝礦泉水散落在地，所幸在旁無人經過，否則後果恐不堪設想。
因貨物散落位置位於台64線下八里匝道出口，車流量較大，蘆洲分局八里派出所員警獲報到場後，立即擺設交通錐封閉1個車道，並協助駕駛撿拾散落貨物，疏散交通。
警方表示，廖男行為違反道路交通處罰條例第30條「汽車裝載時，所載貨物滲漏、飛散或氣味惡臭」等情事，警方已依法舉發，將處新台幣3千元以上9千元以下罰鍰，並責令改正或禁止通行。
