台北市中山一派出所所長林崇成等共4名員警，因涉嫌包庇色情酒店業者，凌晨分別遭到台北地檢署檢檢察官聲請羈押。目前台北市警局也將林崇成調離原主管職，而原本的職缺將由中正一分局介壽路派出所所長蔡政漢接任。中山分局強調，全力配合檢調偵辦。
除此之外，介壽路派出所職缺將由中正二分局南昌路派出所所長魏子淘接任，萬華分局華江派出所所長黃建盛接任南昌路派出所，文山一分局木柵派出所所長張翔舜則調任華江派出所，14日完成交接。
全案目前檢方相關卷證也已送交台北地方法院，包括4名員警，酒店媽媽桑巫蕙玲、酒商鮑銘璞，2名酒店會計、帳房楊瑀琦、胡錦蓮也遭到聲押禁見。台北地方法院在晚間6點召開羈押庭。
