這影片約傍晚5時PO上網，寫著「2018/02/21恆春工商，開學日的活動，15:00，打贏有香菸抽」，內容為2名學生在廁所內鬥毆，場面相當暴力。
校方表示，今天下午校內才進行反霸凌宣導，學生作息都相當正常，沒有類似事件發生，根據影片中的服裝及學生臉孔初步研判，應該是去年之前拍攝的影片，將了解貼出影片的學生動機及事實真相。
