一名林姓男子不滿前老闆娘鄭女欠他薪資不給，日前半夜將公司的3台貨車偷偷開走，其中2台亂停到南區及后里區，再將1台故意停在紅線上，隨後自行打檢舉電話拖吊，還找女友接應，最後2人都被依竊盜罪移送法辦。
林男過去是冷凍物流公司的員工，但因為老闆娘鄭女積欠5萬元薪資，便在離職後拿著沒有歸還的貨車鑰匙犯案，故意把貨車停在紅線上，再報警開單拖吊，另外也把兩台車停到南區及后里區，且全程他都叫女友開車跟在後面來接應，忙了一個晚上折返跑，就是為了要報復公司。
雖然林男成功宣洩情緒，但現在不僅拿不到5萬元薪水，還害女友跟著一起吃上竊盜罪，兩個人都被移送法辦。
