〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕國稅局人員透露，台中過去有5人合資買威力彩，因為沒有事先報備，結果拿到29億元頭獎，先扣掉所得稅差不多7億元後，得主與合資的另外4人分獎金也被扣3億元贈與稅，總計稅金高達10億元。
據《蘋果日報》報導，除了此次案例之外，國稅局嘉義市分局長林啟智指出，去年11月有嘉義人中3.9億元大樂透頭獎，先扣掉將近7000萬元的所得稅後，因為和合資人分錢，而且金額超過贈與稅的免稅額220萬元，所以同樣被扣贈與稅，總共繳了近1億元稅金。
林啟智表示，的確有人會事先報備，例如國稅局稅務人員過去合資購買彩券時，就曾經報備過，最後是中了4萬元，還在贈與稅免稅額220萬元以內，所以不用扣贈與稅。
