〔記者劉濱銓/南投報導〕南投竹山鎮克明宮,近年在大年初一都會舉辦萬人冬筍餐,讓各地信眾吃平安,今年因雨水充足、冬筍盛產,採購量特別加碼至2000斤,為讓上萬信眾品嘗到熱呼呼的冬筍湯,近來廟內志工忙著剝煮冬筍,場面相當熱鬧。

克明宮主委楊非武表示,竹山盛產冬筍、番薯,為推廣在地物產,才會在大年初一走春時,舉辦冬筍餐饗宴,讓各地民眾都能品嘗到香甜脆口的冬筍,以及綿細的炸番薯。

他說,今年冬天雨水充足,冬筍產量特別多,為此採購量還從去年的1700斤增加到2000斤,每天都有20多名志工接力剝殼、切塊、川燙、滾煮筍子,現場筍香四溢,年初一只要再調味加熱,就成了香噴噴的冬筍餐,屆時也會提供香甜炸番薯,歡迎民眾一同回味古早味、呷平安。
