〔記者李容萍／新屋報導〕爭取國民黨桃園市長初選提名的前立委楊麗環，昨在新屋區永安漁港舉行「守護藻礁生態，捍衛漁民尊嚴，反對血色風電」說明會，反對風力發電機組設置在新屋區；對此，市府農業局長郭承泉表示，桃新離岸風電案今年一月已被環評大會否決，新屋區為未通過環評的潛力場址，任何正反意見都會納入既有程序討論，開發單位必須通過「環境影響評估法」等審議，才能進行後續開發行為。
